For guaranteed availability and priority support, choose an SLA. Travel is included in the hours from our nearest office. Unused hours do not accumulate to the next month. Minimum 12 month contract.

• Lean SLA $500/mth + GST. Includes a maximum of 6 hrs/month
• Growth SLA $1000/mth + GST. Includes a maximum of 14 hrs/month
• Enterprise SLA $2000/mth + GST. Includes a maximum of 30 hrs/mth

For immediate response of short bursts of work, choose an ESR. Travel is billed at the relevant ESR level per person.

• Lean ESR $200/hr + GST. Minimum of a half hour. Maximum of two hours.
• Growth ESR $160/hr + GST. Over two hours minimum & maximum of four hours
• Enterprise ESR $120/hr + GST. Over four hours minimum.

For development work, choose a DR. Travel is billed at the relevant DR level per person.

• Lean DR $100/hr + GST. 8 hour minimum block.
• Growth DR $80/hr + GST. 25 hour minimum block.
• Enterprise DR $60/hr + GST. 80 hour minimum block.

For the right research & advice, choose the CR. Travel is billed at the relevant CR level. When required by Bizgro, extra team members will not be billed.

• CR $250/hr + GST. Minimum of one hour. Two hours recommended.
